We used Nita transport for our journey, as a family of 7, to and from the airport for our holiday. What a fantastic company! We were expecting that transport for us all would be very expensive, but we were very pleasantly surprised! The lovely drivers we had were prompt, friendly, helpful, and the communication was second to none! Staying in touch with us before our departure both ends, so there was absolutely no stress. Their vehicles were lovely and comfortable, and spotlessly clean, they also provided bottles of water for us on the journey, which is such a thoughtful and kind touch. They really went above and beyond, thank you Nita for looking after our family. We would absolutely use their services again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for transport. ~ Kara S

We booked the premium drop off/pick up to and from Birmingham airport. Excellent professional service, great communication and super clean and comfortable rides, with a kind bottle of water for the journey. Car arrived on time for the outward journey at 2.30am with a super quick drop off right outside departures. Our driver was delayed on pick up due to no fault of his own. Terrible traffic due to an accident and gridlock around the airport. Wojtek was an absolute star though. Kept in touch with us to know his ETA. Given he had a 5 hour round trip to get us home he was super chill and friendly and such a lovely positive person. Made the whole delay a lot less stressful than it could've been :) Definitely would recommend Nita Transport and would use again. Thank you! ~ Nina T

Thank you for providing our recent airport transport service. From the airport pickup through to dropping us back at our house, the experience was smooth and well-organised. Our driver, Fawza, was punctual polite and professional. He helped with our luggage and ensured the journey was comfortable. We recently used Nita Transport for our airport transfers to and from Heathrow, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our driver, Anita, was extremely polite, professional, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and completely stress-free journey to the airport at the start of our holiday. Unfortunately, our return flight was cancelled due to hostilities in the Middle East, which led to multiple changes and a lot of uncertainty around our return plans. Despite this, nothing was ever an issue for Nita Transport. They were incredibly compassionate, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire situation, which made a stressful experience so much easier to manage. When we finally arrived back, Anita was there waiting for us, immediately taking care of our luggage and ensuring we got home safely and comfortably. We can’t thank Nita Transport enough for their reliability, kindness, and exceptional service. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again. An excellent service to and from Heathrow. Rafel was extremely professional and friendly. We were collected at the time we chose to go to the airport and he was there ready upon our return. We messaged Nita Transport to confirm the day before and they sent us a confirmation with a contact number for the driver. I used Nita Transport to get to Heathrow Airport and back ...the driver was punctual at 02.00 AM for the pick up, very good car and smooth ride to the airport! After the holiday finished the driver was allready waiting for us at the airport and as well a good and easy ride back home!! Brilliant service would highly recommend and will definitely use again . Easy to book and get a quote , reconfirmed booking and flight details the day before as requested , they let you know the driver and car to expect . We had a two hour delay so could let our driver know in advance . The driver Kamila was waiting on arrival , very friendly and welcoming with extra touch of bottled water for us . Thank you for providing the best service and peace of mind. We were 10 passengers ( 3 of which were babies ) with 20 suitcases and 2 strollers, we also needed three car seats which they provided. Have used company a few times now. Always very professional and polite. We had a delayed flight back but this was not a problem as they check the flights so knew to come later. Nita transport has been taking my daughter to hospital in Oxford three days a week and bringing her home every evening for six weeks. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled and we needed to be picked up from a different airport, Pawel stepped in without any fuss and sorted everything out for us, even with the added complication of having to return the following day. Used the Nita Transport service for airport runs in December. The drivers were professional, attentive and punctual and the cost was fair. We were 6 people so needed something large for us and the baggage. Both the trips to and from the airport were very comfortable and went smoothly! What an amazing service we had from Nita transport. On our return there was a fire at the airport and we were stuck on the runway for 3 hours but Kamila assured us she would wait and then greeted us with patience kindness and bottled water all round. I cant recommend them highly enough. ~ Claire Z

Picked up exactly on time at East Midlands Airport at 01.15 AM. Bottled water supplied for all 5 passengers. Mercedes people carrier very comfortable. Driver very helpful. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone. Great service, couldn't be better. ~ Francis E
