Clients reviews about Nita Transport

We used Nita transport for our journey, as a family of 7, to and from the airport for our holiday. What a fantastic company! We were expecting that transport for us all would be very expensive, but we were very pleasantly surprised! The lovely drivers we had were prompt, friendly, helpful, and the communication was second to none! Staying in touch with us before our departure both ends, so there was absolutely no stress. Their vehicles were lovely and comfortable, and spotlessly clean, they also provided bottles of water for us on the journey, which is such a thoughtful and kind touch. They really went above and beyond, thank you Nita for looking after our family. We would absolutely use their services again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for transport. ~ Kara S

We booked the premium drop off/pick up to and from Birmingham airport. Excellent professional service, great communication and super clean and comfortable rides, with a kind bottle of water for the journey. Car arrived on time for the outward journey at 2.30am with a super quick drop off right outside departures. Our driver was delayed on pick up due to no fault of his own. Terrible traffic due to an accident and gridlock around the airport. Wojtek was an absolute star though. Kept in touch with us to know his ETA. Given he had a 5 hour round trip to get us home he was super chill and friendly and such a lovely positive person. Made the whole delay a lot less stressful than it could've been :) Definitely would recommend Nita Transport and would use again. Thank you! ~ Nina T

Excellent airport transfer service from Nita Transport! We used them for our journey to and from Birmingham Airport, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Kamila and Boti were both extremely friendly, professional, punctual, and helpful. They made the journey to and from the airport completely stress-free, which is exactly what you want when travelling. The cars were very clean and comfortable, Boti’s car is exceptional 👏👏👏 I would highly recommend Nita Transport for airport transfers and will definitely use them again for future journeys. Thank you for such a great service! 🚕✈️👏 ~ Steve P

Thank you for providing our recent airport transport service. From the airport pickup through to dropping us back at our house, the experience was smooth and well-organised. Our driver, Fawza, was punctual polite and professional. He helped with our luggage and ensured the journey was comfortable. The vehicle was clean, and providing bottled water was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Communication throughout the service was clear and reassuring. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and would happily use it again and recommend it to others. ~ JM G

We recently used Nita Transport for our airport transfers to and from Heathrow, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our driver, Anita, was extremely polite, professional, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and completely stress-free journey to the airport at the start of our holiday. Unfortunately, our return flight was cancelled due to hostilities in the Middle East, which led to multiple changes and a lot of uncertainty around our return plans. Despite this, nothing was ever an issue for Nita Transport. They were incredibly compassionate, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire situation, which made a stressful experience so much easier to manage. When we finally arrived back, Anita was there waiting for us, immediately taking care of our luggage and ensuring we got home safely and comfortably. We can’t thank Nita Transport enough for their reliability, kindness, and exceptional service. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again. This is my go-to taxi company in Banbury — hands down the best local option I've used. They're impressively cost-effective, with no hidden fees. Super efficient — quick bookings, drivers arrive early, and smart routes even in traffic. Completely trustworthy and reliable every time. And the drivers? Genuinely friendly and sweet. Polite, warm, thoughtful (extra help with bags, small talk that feels natural). Run by lovely people too. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend! ~ Ankur V

This service is second to none, the best taxi ever. You know the price right from the beginning, texts are sent the day before to let you know what car is coming the drivers name and the time, the same when you land back in the country. The cars are of a high standard and they are always on time. I would highly recommend Nita Transport to anyone, have used them for the past 4 years and would not use anyone else. ~ teresa c

Niezawodny! Zawsze na czas. Niewazne o jakiej porze czy kilka godz przed czy kilka dni zawsze jest dostepny i ratuje nawet w kryzysowych sytuacjach. Jednym slowem profesjonalista. Polecam. ~ Małgorzata K

Brilliant service would highly recommend and will definitely use again . Easy to book and get a quote , reconfirmed booking and flight details the day before as requested , they let you know the driver and car to expect . We had a two hour delay so could let our driver know in advance . The driver Kamila was waiting on arrival , very friendly and welcoming with extra touch of bottled water for us . Thank you for your lovely service . ~ Kathleen H

An excellent service to and from Heathrow. Rafel was extremely professional and friendly. We were collected at the time we chose to go to the airport and he was there ready upon our return. We messaged Nita Transport to confirm the day before and they sent us a confirmation with a contact number for the driver. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them. Many thanks. ~ Karen K

First time using Nita transport after seeing lot's of recommendations on FB & it won't be the last, the communication throughout the booking process was fantastic. Our driver Rafal was on time during both pick ups, very friendly & professional. Rafal met us in arrivals which was honestly perfect as a first time flyer from Gatwick myself & my family would have been completely lost. Prices are very fair, overall perfectly perfect. Thankyou. Adam. ~ Adam C

From enquiring about airport transfer, booking, our transfers to & from Birmingham airport we could not have been happier. We were kept informed & updated as to pick up times, driver & car. The cars were immaculate with complimentary water. The drivers were polite & helpful. We would highly recommend Nita & definitely book with them again. Thankyou. ~ Michelle M

Thank you for providing the best service and peace of mind. We were 10 passengers ( 3 of which were babies ) with 20 suitcases and 2 strollers, we also needed three car seats which they provided. They arrived before time and helped us load the luggage, they provided professional service and updates. Definitely recommend them, especially if you are travelling as a group. ~ Sanah M

Have used company a few times now. Always very professional and polite. We had a delayed flight back but this was not a problem as they check the flights so knew to come later. Lean ery comfortable cars. Drivers are very friendly and polite. Bottled water was available for us and phone charging points. 100% the best by far. Will not use any other firm. ~ shan w

Nita transport has been taking my daughter to hospital in Oxford three days a week and bringing her home every evening for six weeks. Wow what a fantastic service, never later, always on time, friendly and safe. I would highly recommend them and would not use anyone else other transport. We also use them for airport transfers and they are excellent! ~ karen e

Used the Nita Transport service for airport runs in December. The drivers were professional, attentive and punctual and the cost was fair. We were 6 people so needed something large for us and the baggage. Both the trips to and from the airport were very comfortable and went smoothly! We definitely will use this service again, and recommend it to anyone needing private transport. ~ Leney V

Did a wonderful job getting our family to the airport. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled and we needed to be picked up from a different airport, Pawel stepped in without any fuss and sorted everything out for us, even with the added complication of having to return the following day. Really appreciated the flexibility and helpful attitude throughout. Would definitely recommend. ~ T L

Fabulous service . After a delayed flight , luggage problems at Birmingham airport on landing. Nita transport was understanding and made us feel at ease after all the fiasco. I have used them twice now for airport transport and each time they have been on time and communicated with us of time of picking up etc . . ~ Sharon D

Brilliant. Dropped off and picked up from Birmingham Airport, really friendly courteous and personal service any time of day, and an excellent price that makes the hastle and expense of airport parking no contest. Have used many times in the past, and will always book in future. Our go to holiday transport! ~ Richard H
